The Destiny Tarot by Jane Struthers is a bright, colorful deck that combines traditional tarot imagery with the artist's unique vision. The major arcana cards are identified by name and number with the corresponding astrological symbol shown in a box somewhere in the scene. The main images are surrounded by a wide white border which makes the cards larger than normal. The minor arcana cards show just the suit symbols on a colored background. Each suit has its own color: wands (gold/orange), cups (deep purple), swords (reddish-brown) and pentacles (blue/green). The numbers are shown in the four corners, with the bottom set upside-down for ease of reading when reversed. The Destiny Tarot comes in a sturdy box case that includes a hardcover book The Destiny Tarot, also by Struthers (96 pages). She offers interpretations for each card and four different spreads.
